Ralts, the Feeling Pokémon. Ralts is the pre-evolved form of Kirlia. It can use the horns on its head to read human emotions. Ralts rarely shows itself to humans, but may occasionally approach when it senses positive or happy feelings.

Ralts looks like an emo kid with that hair. At least it looks androgynous, unlike its feminine-looking evolutions Kirlia and Gardevoir.
Ralts is quite annoying to catch, since they always use Teleport after your first move. But Ralts and its evolutions are some of my fave gen 3 Pokemon.
