Electrike is one of the only useful Electric Pokemon in Gen III. It has lots of Sp Attack, Speed, and not much defense. Unfortunately though, most of the moves it learns by level-up are Physical moves (like Spark or Bite or Quick Attack).
Appearance-wise, it reminds me of an angry dog. It’s not bad-looking, but I don’t really like it. I much prefer the Luxray family.
