Purrloin is Gen V’s cat Pokemon. Every gen ‘cept gen II has a 2-evolution family of cats. Unlike previous cat Pokemon though, Purrloin and its evolution are Dark type instead of Normal type. It looks sly, and somewhat feminine (even though it has equal gender ratio). Its name, its Pokedex entries, its typing, and a lot of its learned moves refer to it being mischievous and a prankster who likes to steal.
Purrloin is one of the first Pokemon you meet in Black/White. It’s fast, and has more attack than defense.
