When it tightens its belt, it becomes stronger. Wild Throh use vines to weave their own belts.
– Pokemon Black Pokedex
Throh is one of the many Fighting types introduced in Gen V. While it has no evolutionary relatives, much like Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan before the introduction of Tyrogue, it has a counterpart in Sawk. Maybe Gen VI will introduce a pre-evolution that makes Throh and Sawk related, haha. It’s male-only, thus can only reproduce with a Ditto, and doesn’t learn any egg moves.
Throh only learns Normal and Fighting attacking moves by level-up. The only non Normal or Fighting move it learns by level-up is Wide Guard, a Rock status move (though I don’t know why it’s even Rock type). As expected, Throh learns many Throw moves, including a signature move Storm Throw.
Stat-wise, despite it not having evolutions, it has pretty good stats. It has high HP, good Attack, decent Defenses, but low Speed.
Nice logic. So Tauros and Miltalk are unrelated? Egg groups. Educate yourself. 100% gender can breed with the other gender as long as it’s the same egg group.
