Zigzagoon is Gen III’s early Normal 2-stage evolution Pokemon, though unlike other gens, it’s not so much of a rodent. Its ability Pickup was useful, which is why I had one on my Emerald team at first, for both Pickup, and for HMs like Cut. For some reason, Zigzagoon can learn Surf; mine didn’t have Surf though, since I had Mudkip as a starter.
Stat-wise, Zigzagoon has Speed as its highest stat.
