Mismagius evolves from Misdreavus by Dusk Stone. It’s based on a mage, though the cloak looks a lot like a dress, and its hat looks like a witch’s hat, so I always thought Mismagius looks rather feminine (even more feminine than Misdreavus), and its name is kind of feminine too, though 50% of Mismagius are male.
Stat-wise, it has good Sp Attack, Speed, and Sp Defense, though its HP, and Defense are pretty low. Like most Pokemon that evolve by evolutionary stones, Mismagius doesn’t learn many moves by level-up, including any Ghost type special attacks.
