Mienfoo is yet another Fighting family in Gen V, which seems to be heavy on the Fighting types. Mienfoo’s family is based on Kung Fu style fighting. It’s one of the few Fighting types that are have 50-50 male to female ratio.
Stat-wise, Mienfoo has good Attack and Speed, but low Defense, making it a glass cannon. It can have the ability Regenerator, which works well with U-turn.
