I like the thing around Floatzel’s shoulders, it looks like it just came from a workout (maybe the pool) and is wearing a towel, haha. Buizel’s forked tail has become full two tails when it evolved.
Floatzel is Crasher Wake’s signature Pokemon.
Stat-wise, Floatzel is quite fast, it has the highest Speed of Water types, tied with Starmie. It has good Attack as well, at 105 base. Its Sp Attack is decent too, making it a potential mixed sweeper. But this means that Floatzel has pretty thin defenses. Not only is Floatzel fast, it also learns Aqua Jet, a priority move it gets STAB from.
