Stufful looks like a plushie, but all of its Pokedex entries talk about how strong it is; its Ultra Moon entry even says that it doesn’t like being hugged. According to its Ultra Sun Pokedex entry, the tag-looking thing on its butt is an organ used to communicate.
It’s currently the only non-legendary family with the Normal/Fighting type. It would take 4x damage to Flying Press.
Stufful has a pretty distinct cry in the game, it sounds like a soft squeaky toy.
Stat-wise it has good Attack and HP.
