Oricorio is an interesting Pokemon. It doesn’t evolve from or to anything, but it has 4 distinct forms with different typing (kind of like Rotom I guess). It can change between the different forms by sipping nectar from different flowers:
– Red Nectar = Baile Style, Fire/Flying
– Yellow Nectar = Pom-Pom Style, Electric/Flying
– Pink Nectar = Pa’u Style, Psychic/Flying
– Purple Nectar = Sensu Style, Ghost/Flying
Oricorio has a signature ability in Dancer (and is the only ability Oricorio has). It copies another Pokemon’s dance moves (including status moves like Teeter Dance or Quiver Dance).
Unlike Rotom, different forms of Oricorio don’t learn different moves. However, it has a signature move in Revelation Dance, which is a 90 base power special move, where the type of the move is that of the user’s primary type (ie it’s Fire type if used by Baile Oricorio; or Ghost type if used by Sensu Oricorio).
Stat-wise, it has decent Sp Attack and Speed. but pretty even stats otherwise.
Appearance-wise, Sensu style is my favourite Oricorio form. What’s your favourite Oricorio form?
